Ashton Sims is a former Fiji international rugby league player who has played at the top of his game for over 12 years. Ashton first met James at Warrington Wolves where they spent two seasons working very closely together to ensure Ashton was in the best condition of his career supported with evidence informed nutritional strategies to aid fuelling and recovery.
